We're a boutique literary management/production company based in Beverly Hills, representing screenwriters and directors; manager Linne Radmin founded the company fifteen years ago after working for several years as a senior literary agent at ICM.
At ICM, Linne was responsible for or on the team for 50+ clients. As the principal manager at The Radmin Company, Linne heads the three-person team, and we are collectively responsible for a roster of around 20 writers, directors, and writer/directors. This allows the team to work closely with our clients to develop material and build careers.
At The Radmin Company, we love bold, transgressive work, be it dark comedy, intense character drama, or elevated genre material. We seek out unique voices in both film and television and give them the platform they deserve.
